Our story
When our daughter was diagnosed at 18 months, we quickly discovered that managing her care was a second full-time job — one with no onboarding, no tools, and no margin for error.
We kept medical records in binders, medication schedules on whiteboards, appointment notes in a notes app, and insurance documents in a folder we could never find. We'd spend 20 minutes before every specialist visit trying to reconstruct what the previous specialist had said. We'd show up to the ER and not be able to recall her exact medication doses under stress.
We built the first version of Caregiver OS to solve our own problem. We shared it with a few other families in our support group. They said they needed it too. That was the beginning.
Today, Caregiver OS is used by thousands of families across the country — parents, grandparents, home health nurses, and care coordinators — all managing the beautiful, exhausting, important work of complex pediatric care.

Parents and primary caregivers understand their child's needs better than any system. We build tools that augment that knowledge, not replace it.
Simplicity under stress
When things go wrong, complexity is the enemy. Everything we build has to work at 2 a.m., in an ER, with a scared parent who hasn't slept.
Privacy is non-negotiable
Medical information is among the most sensitive data that exists. We treat it that way — HIPAA-compliant, encrypted, and never sold.
