Caregiver OS is a care management platform for families raising children with complex medical needs. It brings medical records, medication tracking, appointment scheduling, and care team communication into one secure, organized place.
Primarily for parents and primary caregivers of children with chronic conditions, rare diseases, or complex medical needs. It's also used by home health nurses, care coordinators, and grandparents who are part of the care team.
Most families have a functional setup within 30 minutes — a child profile, medication list, and a few key documents uploaded. You can build from there at whatever pace works for you.
Privacy & Security
Yes. We use HIPAA-compliant infrastructure with end-to-end encryption for all stored documents. We never sell or share your data with third parties.
Only you and the people you explicitly invite to your care team. You control access level for each team member — some might see only emergency info, others the full care plan.
You can export all your data at any time. After cancellation, data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
Features
Yes. Family and Professional plans support multiple child profiles, each with their own medication list, care team, documents, and calendar.
We're working on direct EHR integrations. For now, you can download records from patient portals and upload them to Caregiver OS, or forward emails from portals to your account.
Caregiver OS is a mobile-optimized web app that works on any device. A native iOS and Android app is on the roadmap.

Yes. The Free plan gives you access to core features indefinitely. The Family plan comes with a 30-day free trial — no credit card required to start.
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. You can cancel from your account settings at any time.
